"Staph Infection?"
I was bit by something (still unknown) and developed these incredibly itchy & painful bites. One of my students who is a former ER nurse saw me scratching them and suggested I go see a doctor for them. The first doctor diagnosed me with a staph infection, yet after 2 days of antibiotics (on Feb 17), the spots were no better. So back to the doctor I went, where my diagnosis was changed from a staph infection to a severe allergic reaction to whatever bit me.
