Day 3 in Texas

(biggest sensory overload of my life!)

(the pastries were ok, but those we make in my Laminated class are better!)

Of course, we would get stuck behind a truck....
Scenery not nearly as bad as I envisioned...
(seriously, I had envisioned nothing but dirt and sand and cactus and rolling tumbleweeds;
this was much better)
